KST World collects (for a fee) silicon wafers which customers would conventionally dispose of as industrial waste, and recycles them as materials for solar wafers.

The recovered wafers, after removing all the films and patterns, are carefully sorted and inspected. With respect to patterned wafers that customers may have concerns about being recycled, we are carrying out this process with due care and attention to ensure our customers can use our services with confidence.
